Your treatment partner for tough-to-treat cases

Refer a patient

Solay provides a short-term intensive Goeckerman therapy [1 -4] service to patients who have psoriasis or eczema. After the patient achieves significant improvement in their condition, we transition their care back to the referring provider, along with our recommended post-treatment maintenance plan.

We currently are only available to patients located in California and Illinois.

To refer a patient, submit our online referral form.

Referral Process

Once we receive a referral, the following process occurs:

  1. Referral is confirmed. We confirm receipt, initiate the referral, and follow-up with the referring physician if more information is needed.

  2. Patient is contacted. We schedule a virtual call with the patient, discuss the treatment and risks, conduct a preliminary assessment, and gather additional demographic and medical information.

  3. Patient receives treatment. Our physician virtually meets with the patient, answer any questions, and confirms whether the patient is a candidate for treatment. Once confirmed, we notify the referring physician that the patient has been accepted and will begin treatment with us.

  4. Patient’s care transfers back to referring physician. Once the treatment service is complete, we send the referring physician the patient’s treatment summary, before and after pictures, and our recommended post-treatment maintenance plan. The referring physician can directly contact our physician to answer any questions regarding the treatment.
